+Are the prices per person or split between everyone in the apartment?
The costs are per person, as we offer individual occupancy agreements. This means the resident is only responsible for their occupancy agreement. This is beneficial to our residents because they don't have to worry about their roommate paying their installment payment on time, moving out in the middle of the year, etc. Our residents are only responsible for their contract and their payments. -

Residents can choose their roommates with RoomSync. RoomSync is an app where you can view other residents' profiles and choose one another to live with. Residents will receive a link to join RoomSync around March 20th. The link is specific to the resident and cannot be forwarded. We do not advise to sign up for RoomSync on your own directly with RoomSync. Only use the links provided in your confirmation email. Typically, the deadline to select roommates is on or around May 31st.
If a resident decides to not choose their roommates, all remaining roommate assignment will be done randomly based on availability. Each student knows themselves better than we do, so it is in the student's best interest to select all roommates. -
